Our post-adoption services (Better Basic Behaviors Program) provides families with support and mental health services. To be eligible for services, families must be referred by a health and human services worker (i.e. case manager, adoption worker, etc.). Families can begin participation in services after the petition to adopt has been filed or after the adoption is finalization.

The following services (community-based, home-based and office-based) are provided to families and their adopted child:

School Support
Crisis Intervention
Behavioral Care
Family/Youth Outings
Independent Living Skills
Community Referrals
