Local Agencies & Schools: Agencies such as CMH, The Court System, DHS & School Districts should follow their organization’s referral process. It is critical that prior to making a referral, your client’s eligibility for services is approved through your local contract/budget office.

Other Organizations: Organizations such as religious groups, family members, etc. can make referrals to services. To make a referral, simply contact our central office. The necessary paperwork and procedures will be provided.
